Welcome! This is a space where I’ll share what moves me, touches me in some way. I’ll be writing from my personal history, my professional life, and spaces that reveal themselves in the extraordinary ordinary.

Our ability to move and be moved, our felt experience of be-ing, is a result of our intrinsic interconnectedness and the embodied, vital life force that animates and courses through and between each of us. This matrix encompasses the human and nonhuman, the obvious and subtle, the particle and wave. And what is so often in plain view—the magic of life—goes unnoticed.

Each day is a fresh opportunity to offer our attention, to engage with the always and already-present sensuality and beauty of the Mystery.  And when the Light seems far beyond us, we might consider the opportunity to dwell in its apparent absence.  The darkness holds a Light of its own.  In these pages are my attempts to bring forth what I find shining or hiding in the psyche and the soul.
