Coaching is different than therapy. Coaching helps clients fulfill their potential by supporting the client in accessing their innate ability to evolve and fulfill their personal and professional goals. Unlike therapy, there is no mental health assessment or diagnosis. Coaching emphasizes assessing resources, establishing goals, initiating change, and realizing outcomes.
